This site is a prelaunch editorial prototype. Its dialogue passages are narrative reconstructions assembled from source material and have not yet completed line-by-line verification. They must not be quoted or republished as verbatim transcripts.
Our sources include congressional testimony, court filings, FOIA releases, inspector general reports, and other official records. We do not build quotation-based stories from news summaries or unattributed secondary accounts.
The format is deliberately chronological. The participants' own words carry the story, while editorial context explains the stakes without replacing the evidence.
Editorial standards
- Before publication, every quoted line must be checked character-for-character against the source by a human editor.
- Reconstructed dialogue must be replaced with exact source language or clearly labeled as paraphrase before launch.
- Every file identifies and links to its underlying source record.
- We do not accept payment from subjects or interested parties for coverage.
Corrections
If a quotation, attribution, date, or source reference is wrong, we correct it promptly and transparently. Send the file URL and the relevant source page so we can verify the issue.
